They perform assembly as required, ensuring quantity and quality standards are met within assigned functions. They monitor the quality of work performed by electricians, assure timely completion of assigned work, and train electrical staff, including on‑the‑spot coaching. Key Responsibilities Ensure work is performed safely and PPE is properly used. Lead by example through 5S methodology. Prepare work schedules and assign tasks accordingly. Assist supervisor in setting up the production line. Optimize the production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality. Identify and resolve production line problems timely. Perform record‑keeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking. Train and supervise new production line workers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are completed on time. Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing and assembly (panelboards / switchboards preferred). Experience wiring power meters and controls. Experience using various tools, including manual/electric/pneumatic tools, templates/fixtures, hand carts, measuring and testing equipment, storage/packaging materials, and prescribed safety equipment. Minimum of 3 years of experience with wiring in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Experience with reading wiring schematics and point‑to‑point diagrams. Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards. In‑depth knowledge of industry regulations. Proficiency in computers and office software. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Dependable and extremely trustworthy. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a supervisory role. Excellent problem‑solving techniques. Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities. Superb leadership skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time. Prolonged periods sitting, standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks. Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and work at heights for extended periods. Duties performed in a loud production setting subject to extreme temperatures; some duties may be required to be performed outside. Work Environment Work may take place in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, including offices, multiple shops, and commercial buildings. The position may involve maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
