You'll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support a highly automated manufacturing operation.Responsibilities Include:Follows all safety rules, regulations, laws and procedures regarding any and all aspects of the job, including lockout/tagout, confined space, and othersFollows all preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements using measuring instruments.Repairs or replaces defective parts, using hand tools and power tools. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices, using hand tools.Starts devices to test their performance.Lubricates and cleans parts.Operates any equipment needed to perform job.Performs related duties as assigned by ManagerWhat We're Looking forRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or general education degree (GED) desired but not requiredA maintenance certification is desired or a minimum two to four years' related experience and/or training; or experience in a manufacturing environment.Technicians provide their own standard hand tools. Specialized tools and company equipment are provided by Allegiant Manufacturing.Able to troubleshoot maintenance problems using PLC programsBasic Knowledge of Robotic OperationsAble to read Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematicsPreferred ExperienceKnowledge of and experience working with PM software is preferred.Maintenance in or within the same industry is beneficialPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to stand for extended periods during 10-hour shifts
