We are a company that invests in YOU!GRT Rubber offers exciting career opportunities with competitive compensation and benefits packages including:Vacation Time12 Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental, & Vision InsuranceMatching 401KLife & Disability InsurancePaid Referral ProgramJob Goal: A fabricator is responsible for fabricating, positioning, aligning, and fitting parts of structural metal products.Duties & Responsibilities: Manufacturing parts according to blueprints using basic welding symbols.Read job travelers and interpret blueprints.Complete production records using a computer format to maintain cost, efficiencies, inventory, and integrity.Ensure proper cleanliness of the press, workstation, and immediate press area by following good housekeeping practices.Qualifications & Requirements:Knowledge of basic welding, Mig (GMAW) Welding required.Ability to follow directions and get along well with others.Outstanding punctuality and attendance required.Ability to read and understand a tape measure, standard and metric required.Position Type & Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
