Shift Details
Urgent need for nights, weekends, and holidays at two locations
Day and night needs; 8-10 shifts per month
Location A shift times: 6a-6p, 11a-11p, 12p-12a
Location B shift times: 6a-4p, 7a-6p, 11a-11p, 4p-3a, 6p-6a

Requirements
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Licensed in Oklahoma or IMLC
ACLS, BLS, PALS required

Central lines
Intubations

Assignment Details
Practice setting: Outpatient
EMR: Epic
Patients per shift: 20-25
Beds in ED: 17
Facility Trauma Level: 3
Support staff: 6 RNs, 3 MAs, 1-2 PA/NPs, 2 Office Staff
Rounding on unassigned patients
Volume around 40k per year
APPs work 12-hour shifts 11a-11p
Admission rate: 15%
No backup
Consultants available: Cardiology, Nephrology, Surgery, Podiatry, Ortho, Peds, Urology, Tele Neurology, Hospitalist
