Emish Market is a Ukrainian grocery store located in Fife, WA, offering a wide selection of imported goods from Ukraine and other European countries. In addition to our market, we operate a full-service café, bakery, and meat department, preparing fresh Ukrainian dishes, pastries, and specialty meats daily.

We are currently seeking a creative and proactive SMM / Content Creator to lead our Instagram presence and help tell our story through engaging, high-quality content.

What You'll Do

• Create 8-12 Reels per month for Instagram and TikTok
• Create and publish Stories throughout the month
• Photograph food, drinks, restaurant atmosphere, events, and team members
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Write engaging captions and social media copy
• Edit short-form videos and photos for social media
• Publish and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages
• Stay up to date with current social media trends, sounds, formats, and content styles
• Develop creative content ideas to promote menu items, specials, events, and the restaurant
• Review basic social media analytics and adjust content based on performance
• Coordinate content creation with the restaurant team when needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio of Reels / TikTok / short-form video content
• Ability to independently shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos
• Good photography skills, especially food and restaurant photography
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Ability to create engaging captions and visual content
• Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable access to a smartphone capable of high-quality photo and video recording
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar editing tools is a plus
• Restaurant, food, hospitality, or lifestyle content experience is a plus

Work Schedule: Regular on-site shoots required in Fife, WA

Pay & Compensation: $1,500-$2,500 per month (depending on experience)
