About the Role: As a Registered Nurse - Long Term Care Facility, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and various treatments. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.
