We are seeking a passionate **RN Case Manager for our weekday team in Pender County and surrounding areas**.This position is *Full-Time Monday- Friday 8am-5pm*. **Full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with matching, and immediate PTO accrual.***RN Case Managers visit 5-6 patients on any given shift, driving to the patients home providing skilled nursing services.* This position is primarily responsible for the initial assessment and case development of patients in all stages of life in their homes.
