Hotel Breakfast Attendant

You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area, refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Responsibilities: • Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed • Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry Compensation: $15.50
