What You Will Do Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that is compliant with government and corporate requirements and demonstrates necessary cost and schedule integration. Assist in planning and cost‑estimating tasks, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. Deliver internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List submittals. Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform critical‑path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other in‑depth analytical tasks. Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines. Qualifications – Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. Minimum 5 years of Program Planning, Scheduling or Project Management experience, or Advanced Degree plus at least 3 years of experience. Proficient with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan or similar. Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), evaluating critical path/workflow and performing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process. Strong analytical, data‑driven, results‑oriented mindset; able to identify and recommend mitigation plans. Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate closure of commitments. Qualifications – Prefer Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines. Experience analyzing schedule data, including driving paths, schedule metrics and trends, and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of product development principles, including Agile Software development. Experience with APEX, SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager, or similar EVMS tools such as Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra, Deltek MPM Connect or ForProject. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. What We Offer Competitive salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
