Automotive Assembly Associate $1,200+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- No experience required — willing to train!
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and lift at least 40 lbs
- Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Must be flexible to work at least 2 of the 3 available shifts: 1st & 2nd or 2nd & 3rd
- Willing and able to work required overtime and weekends when workload demands
- Warehouse or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be comfortable completing a drug screen and background check
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM — $15.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM — $15.75/hr
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM — $15.50/hr
- Overtime Required: You WILL be asked to come in a couple of hours early and/or stay a couple of hours late
- Weekends may be required based on workload
- Up to 60+ hours per week
Job Duties:
- Assemble automotive components and parts according to work instructions and production specifications
- Use hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Install, fasten, connect, and secure components
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity
- Move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility
- Supply production and assembly lines with required materials
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards

- Permanent, long-term opportunity

- $25 bonus paid after completing your first day
