POSITION SUMMARY The Manufacturing Technician will play a vital role in the production process by operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control throughout manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output Assemble components and products according to specifications and engineering drawings Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime Document production activities and maintain accurate records of output, quality metrics, and equipment maintenance Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize processes and improve efficiency Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes QUALIFICATIONS: SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
