Responsibilities

• Cashier/Food Runner team members tasks include cashier, running food and bussing tables, take-out operations, barista, and expediter.
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and barista to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests.
• Ensure service areas are stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.
• Familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and upsell featured items.
• Inform guests about promotions, special events, etc.

Requirements

• Food safety and alcohol certifications will be required within 30 days of employment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Previous knowledge of POS systems, barista equipment, or takeout/order management tools is a plus.
