Front Office Supervisor

- You have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, ideally at least one year in hospitality/hotels or resort
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- You have a high school diploma or equivalency degree
- You are available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work.
- Ensure your shift team have a current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
- Check guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keys
- Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day.
- Provide guests with information on hotels policies, services and amenities
- Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability
- Direct guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge services
- Listen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate manner
- Review the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary correction to the account
- Answer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
