Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will support key functions in the paper food packaging process. Your daily tasks will involve sorting, packaging, labeling, and maintaining quality control standards. You’ll help ensure the accurate and efficient preparation of shipments. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort products according to type and specification 
• Maintain quality control by identifying and removing defective items
• Package goods securely and accurately
• Apply labels to finished products for shipment
• Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division 
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to maintain food industry requirements for safety and sanitation purposes
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening

The base pay range for this position starts at $15.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
