Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities The Commissioning Manager will have responsibility for technical commissioning aspects of projects at varying locations throughout the US. Lead and manage the commissioning team, ensuring adequate staffing, resource allocation, performance reviews, training, and ongoing professional development. Oversee commissioning activities across multiple projects, including project planning, commissioning programs, kick‑off meetings, progress monitoring, live support to Project Managers and Commissioning Engineers, and issue resolution. Review and approve commissioning plans, commissioning packs, RFIs, FAT testing, and design documentation for small works while ensuring compliance with project specifications. Manage commissioning equipment logistics, procurement, calibration schedules, and test equipment allocation across projects. Coordinate with Operations, HR, Tendering, Asset Management, and subcontractors to support project delivery, technical queries, tender submissions, recruitment, and overall commissioning performance.
