Warehouse Operation-Record Center Specialist

Midway Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team in a warehouse environment in New Castle, DE. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable performing physical tasks, handling sensitive documents, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Location: New Castle, DE Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (weekly pay)

Duties:

Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials up to 75 lbs throughout the shift.
Use manual pallet jacks to move and organize items.
Climb stairs and ladders to access storage areas.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:

Must have steel toe shoes.
Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform heavy lifting during the shift.
Comfortable standing, bending, climbing stairs, and ladders throughout the shift.
Experience using manual pallet jacks preferred.
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documentation.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Previous warehouse or records-handling experience is a plus.
