SEO Coordinator

Kreative Media is looking for an organized, detail-driven SEO Coordinator to keep our SEO department running smoothly. This is a junior, hands-on role for someone who loves checking boxes, hitting deadlines, and being the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll execute the day-to-day SEO work, write and optimize web and SEO copy, keep our projects on track, and communicate with clients on the details, all while learning from an experienced performance marketing team. It's a great entry point for someone who wants to grow into an SEO specialist role. What you'll do Keep SEO projects moving in Monday: create, assign, and track tasks and deadlines across all clients Write and optimize copy for web pages and SEO: page content, meta titles and descriptions, headers, and on-page elements that read well and rank Execute on-page SEO work: internal linking, alt text, and content updates Support keyword research, content briefs, and technical fixes coming out of audits Pull and format monthly reporting in Agency Analytics so the team can turn data into insight Handle routine client requests: gathering content, collecting assets, and confirming access Coordinate with specialists, account managers, and creative/web teams to keep everything on schedule Keep our boards clean and every deadline visible What we're looking for Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail A strong writer who can craft clear, on-brand copy and optimize it for search A clear, professional, and warm communicator, comfortable talking with clients Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical, content), or the drive to learn them fast Able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without dropping the ball A reliable self-starter who follows through and asks good questions Bonus: experience with Monday, Agency Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or WordPress/Elementor Details Location: 33136 Magnolia Cir, Suite F, Magnolia, Tx #J-18808-Ljbffr Kreative Media
