Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Blue Springs, MO clinic. This is a full-time role for a PT who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, function, and overall wellness. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions for musculoskeletal and post-operative patients
• Collaborate with PAs, NPs, PTAs, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients on exercises, self-care, and injury prevention

Qualifications:

• Active PT license in Missouri
• 1-3 years of PT experience preferred, ideally in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation settings
• Strong musculoskeletal and orthopedic knowledge
• Experience in post-operative rehab and functional restoration
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-education skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
