Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehab team. As a PT, you will help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence so they can enjoy the best quality of life possible.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Work collaboratively with nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safe home exercises.
• Accurately document treatments and progress.

Requirements:

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehab setting preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
