Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for Full-Time
The Greens at Gastonia is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our 2nd Shift nursing team!

Schedule2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
Every other weekend required
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time
Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the shift.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.

QualificationsCurrent, active and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current CPR certification
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills
