Seeking a full-time BC/BE Nocturnist as the group expands in a thriving community. This opportunity offers block scheduling that promotes a great work‑life balance. Open ICU; no procedures Employed by a strong, independent, non‑profit 501(c)(3) hospital Join an established team of six daytime Hospitalists (four physicians / two acute‑care nurse practitioners) and one Nocturnist physician 12‑hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Block schedules – 5 on/5 off or 7 on/7 off Minimum of 15 shifts per month (approximately 180 shifts per year) EMR system: Meditech Contract: $2,080 per night shift – shift pay + RVU‑generated bonus. Higher earning potential and an extra shift bonus for covering ICU.
