Shipping and Receiving Clerk-Must Have Forklift Experience-$20/hr First Shift

Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including unloading freight, verifying documentation, and preparing outbound shipments to meet carrier and customer requirements. Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain real-time inventory integrity across warehouse locations and storage systems. Operate sit down and cherry picker forklifts, and RF scanners to move, stage, and track materials while following safety and compliance standards. Record transactions in WMS/ERP systems, generate labels and packing lists, and ensure all shipping/receiving records are complete and accurate. Collaborate with warehouse staff, purchasing, and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues, support audits, and maintain efficient workflow.

2+ years of shipping/receiving and cycle counting experience.

Ability to consistently lift 50lbs.

Proficiency in operating sit down and order picker forklifts.

The position is based in a non-climate controlled distribution center, where you will be expected to work with various warehouse technologies and equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr.
