POSITION SUMMARY

The Resident Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging, and high-touch community atmosphere that fosters resident satisfaction and a deep sense of belonging. This role serves as a key operational and execution engine for internal community life, directly supporting the Resident Experience Specialists and leadership team in delivering memorable events, flawless lifestyle programming, and day-to-day resident concierge support. The Resident Experience Coordinator sits at the intersection of event logistics, hospitality, resident relations, and administrative coordination. This is not a traditional administrative or leasing role. It is an active, detail-driven position focused on internal community engagement. Rather than managing broad external business development, this role ensures that every resident touchpoint—from event execution to day-to-day communications—reflects an elevated level of hospitality, care, and operational excellence. Success requires someone who is exceptionally organized, highly detailed, proactive, and passionately committed to customer service. Key Responsibilities Event Planning, Logistics & Execution Assist Resident Experience Specialists with end-to-end planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and setup of community events and lifestyle programming. Manage complete event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment, decorations, caterers, and activation materials are impeccably prepared and maintained. Greet residents, serve as the warm host on-site, and deliver a welcoming, seamless experience during all community gatherings. Prepare promotional materials, including flyers, invitations, social media graphics, and digital announcements to maximize attendance and engagement. Track attendance, gather resident feedback, and maintain accurate documentation to measure event success and continuously refine programming. Resident Engagement & Belonging Foster an inclusive, vibrant community culture that encourages resident interaction and builds long-term retention. Serve as an approachable point of contact for resident inquiries, concierge requests, and feedback, resolving needs promptly, professionally, and empathetically. Support resident communication efforts across all channels, including community newsletters, resident portals, digital displays, and social media updates. Deliver tailored concierge services, personalized touchpoints, and elevated experiences that cater to a discerning resident demographic. Operational & Administrative Support Assist with administrative tracking, event budgets, purchase orders, and vendor contract documentation. Coordinate with local vendors, service providers, and community outreach partners to support internal events and activations. Maintain accurate records, attendance rosters, and resident feedback data within internal systems. Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support to the broader Resident Experience and property management teams as needed. Ensure full compliance with state and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant acts, and local privacy standards. Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with internal community leadership to ensure the resident experience is executed flawlessly. Partner with the Resident Experience Specialists and Manager to execute events, streamline resident services, and build continuous community connection. Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager to ensure hospitality standards, resident feedback loops, and property reputation goals are met. Work alongside the Leasing Team to support warm handoffs as new residents transition from prospects to active community members. Coordinate with the Partnerships & Brand Manager when external vendors, corporate partners, or local sponsors participate in internal resident experiences.

LEADERSHIP MODEL

General Manager Owns the overall business, strategy, financial performance, operations, and team execution. Assistant General Manager – Hospitality & Resident Experience Owns internal hospitality execution, service standards, team performance, reputation, and operational execution. Resident Experience Manager / Specialists Owns engagement, programming strategy, community culture, and overall resident experience strategy. Resident Experience Coordinator Owns execution, logistics, event delivery, administrative details, and front-line resident support. This includes: Event setup and breakdown. Vendor and logistics coordination. On-site event hosting and check-in. Resident communication and social updates. Concierge-level resident assistance. Attendance tracking and feedback collection; administrative and budget record-keeping.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

Event attendance, engagement, and resident turnout metrics. Resident event feedback and satisfaction ratings. Timeliness and quality of event setup, vendor management, and breakdown execution. Resident retention and satisfaction scores (NPS/surveys). Promptness and professionalism in handling resident inquiries and requests. Quality and consistency of resident communications (newsletters, social, portal updates). Accuracy in budget tracking and administrative record-keeping; compliance with state, federal, and local housing standards.
