Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for an 18-week outpatient-focused assignment using Epic EMR.

Details

• Outpatient-focused care setting with some inpatient PT coverage
• Primarily outpatient physical therapy with inpatient responsibilities as needed
• Epic EMR used on Surface tablets or laptops; Omnicell medication system on-site
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts
• Rotating weekend and holiday coverage required for inpatient PT on a PRN basis
• No floating to other units or departments

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active PT license; ND licensure required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include general physical therapy duties across outpatient and inpatient settings
• First full week dedicated to unit orientation, hospital orientation, computer education, and Epic EMR training
• Online modules must be completed prior to start date
• Business casual dress code required; jeans, t-shirts, and sweats are not permitted
• Local candidates are accepted for this position
