Registered Nurse - PRN

Join a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing over 100 years of housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment. Position: Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver personalized nursing care to residents. Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Providing care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinating resident assessments, education, and nursing interventions. Serving as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and effective resident care. Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to ethical guidelines. Qualifications Include Graduate from a reputable nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable. Maintaining required competencies and certifications.
