Position Overview

As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play an essential role in guiding patients and their families through one of life’s most significant moments. You’ll provide expert care throughout the childbirth process, supporting laboring mothers, monitoring fetal and maternal health, and assisting with deliveries. In this fast-paced and rewarding environment, your skills and compassionate care will ensure safe and positive outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the condition of laboring mothers and unborn babies, ensuring timely interventions when necessary
• Administer medications, including epidurals and induction agents, and provide emotional and clinical support throughout labor
• Assist obstetricians and midwives during deliveries, including emergency and cesarean sections
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, newborn care, and recovery processes
• Document patient care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly to ensure continuity of care
