Job Description

LCS LLC is looking for a hardworking, dependable, high-quality individual to join our team immediately.

This is NOT an entry-level or starter position. We are ONLY looking for applicants with CURRENT hands-on experience in the field.

Experience preferred in:

Paver installation
Retaining walls
Concrete prep/work
Machine operation
Site work / hardscape construction

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Non-smoker preferred
Must be physically capable of outdoor labor
Must show up on time and work hard
Ability to work independently and follow direction

Please do NOT apply if:

Your only experience was years ago
Your background is mainly warehouse or unrelated labor
You need constant supervision or training
You are looking for a starter position

Pay is based on experience and skill level.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands quality construction.
