Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to design enterprise customer engagement and CRM solutions within the healthcare technology space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience integrating healthcare platforms, Salesforce ecosystems, customer communication technologies, and API/data architectures.

Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, CRM Architecture, Marketing Technology, or Healthcare Technology.
• 5+ years designing enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing and integrating healthcare platforms such as Epic, Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud/Data 360 .
• Experience supporting large-scale customer communication programs across Email, SMS, IVR, and Direct Mail.
• Strong knowledge of API/integration architecture, data modeling, audience segmentation, healthcare data/interoperability, and marketing analytics .
• Experience with platforms such as Epic MyChart/Cheers/Healthy Planet/Hello World, Salesforce, Facets Customer Journey Orchestration , or similar.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications.
• Epic Certifications.
• TOGAF, PMI, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
