Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Interior Designer role based in Halethorpe, MD. The Architectural Interior Designer will develop detailed kitchen, bath, and custom cabinetry designs that reflect client needs, project constraints, and the company’s aesthetic standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations; selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures; and coordinating design details with the fabrication and installation teams. The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, builders, and internal stakeholders, participating in design reviews, and maintaining accurate project documentation from concept through completion. The Architectural Interior Designer will also support showroom presentations, contribute to design standards, and ensure designs comply with relevant building codes and best practices. Qualifications Strong skills in architectural and interior design, including space planning, cabinetry design, and kitchen and bath layout. Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and 3D visualization tools. Knowledge of materials, finishes, fixtures, and construction methods relevant to high-end residential interiors. Experience reading and producing detailed drawings, elevations, and architectural documentation. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, architects, builders, and internal teams. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in residential design or custom cabinetry is preferred; familiarity with British-inspired or traditional aesthetics is a plus.
