Mechanical Engineer

Job Description: Mechanical Engineer (Entry level 0 - 3 years experience) We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically minded Engineer to support key groups in Hydraulics, Mechanical Design, and Applications Engineering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple technical disciplines. Essential Skills * Strong SolidWorks experience. * Proven mechanical design skills. * High mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on engineering tasks. * Ability to work with multiple teams and shift between project types. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Exposure to hydraulics or fluid power. * Experience in automation, motion control, or industrial equipment. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Experience within Hydraulic System Design and familiarity with Hydraulics at the Systems Level. * Ability to read and interpret schematics. * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Streamwood, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $33.65/hr.
