Associate Sales Representative

Coast Surgical is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support surgeons, collaborate with medical teams, and help bring innovative technology to patients across an assigned territory. Duties and Responsibilities

• Grow and manage your territory by developing strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, administrators, and dealer partners.
• Present product overviews, training sessions, and tailored business plans that support customer needs.
• Attend surgeries, trade shows, and team training events.
• Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support strategic planning.
• Participate in structured onboarding, continuous development, and collaborative team learning.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs for equipment or event materials.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Complete hospital credentialing, including vaccination requirements.
• Must reside in San Diego or Orange County.

Preferred

• B.A. or B.S., ideally in Health Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Outside B2B sales experience.
• Distribution experience.

Travel/Location

• Local travel: approximately 95%.
• Business expenses reimbursed.
• Eligible for incentives and promotional opportunities.

• Total estimated compensation: ~$100,000 (base + commission).
