Senior Enterprise Client Executive

Fostering executive relationships, the full-time remote Senior Enterprise Client Executive will manage revenue growth, retention, and client relationship management for assigned accounts while identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and generate demand for solutions. Key responsibilities Retain clients and maintain sustainable relationships while expanding services based on client needs Drive renewals and execute end-to-end expansion sales within the customer base Develop account plans in partnership with clients that reflect strategic business objectives and manage to key success measures Required qualifications 5+ years of industry experience in HCM, Insurance, Benefits Administration, Benefits Consulting, SaaS, or Healthcare Bachelor's degree required Experience working with National Accounts in strategic selling and/or customer service Proven ability to build partnerships at all organizational levels and lead via influence Exceptional presentation skills at the VP level
