Job Type: Full-Time- Monday-Friday | On-site

About the Role

Kelley Bean Company is seeking dependable, career-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Technicians at our dry edible bean facility in Bridger, MT This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork matter.

What You'll Do

• Sew, stack, and handle bags of dry edible beans
• Fill and load totes with finished product
• Load and unload trucks and railcars using a forklift
• Perform general housekeeping (sweeping, vacuuming, maintaining clean work areas)
• Follow all food safety, quality, and employee safety guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet daily production deadlines
• Lift up to 100 pounds as required

Training is provided for individuals willing to learn.

• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Proven work history
• Agricultural experience (preferred)
• Forklift experience (preferred)
• Mechanical or basic repair skills (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Forklift experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Work Location: In person
