Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience: 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience. Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System. RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe. High risk telemetry experience required. Unit Details: Adult patient population. Cares for cardiac telemetry and high‑risk cardiology patients, including post‑op open heart, new tracheostomy, and mixed medical patients with underlying cardiac conditions. Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. Expectation is to work 6 weekend shifts (Sat or Sun) in a 6 week schedule. No call. RTO: No greater than 7 days. Floating Requirements: Float to any inpatient unit at both campuses, Memorial Belleville and Memorial East (Shiloh), as needed within competencies.
