Customer Service Administrator

VIP Distributors, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for our Appliance Service Department. Our ideal candidate will be someone with a strong track record of employment, dependability and excellent customer service skills. This job will involve dealing with customers and service related issues, and sometimes this will require more than ordinary courtesy and tact to establish and maintain good customer relations. Candidates should be outgoing and have a positive demeanor as well as being able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. This is not an entry level position and you must be capable of working independently with minimum supervision. One who can find answers and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite and professional voice and manner. This is a full time immediate available position and you must be able to work Monday thru Friday from 9:00 to 6:00.

Responsibilities include: accurately collecting customer's information for service calls, scheduling appointments, creating service tickets for technicians, updating and maintaining calendar for schedule, validating warranties, receiving parts for service as well as verifying correct parts are given to technicians, monitoring all return calls that have parts on order and providing ETA to customers, following up on part returns, filing claims on completed calls, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and other assigned duties as directed by management. Good computer skills, written and verbal communication skills and being highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities are essential. Having problem solving skills, attention to detail and adapt to multiple and varied responsibilities is a plus. VIP Distributors, Inc offers a benefit package which includes Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance with a generous starting salary. Compensation: $33,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year.
