Location: New York, NY or Parsippany/Newark/Edison, NJ Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions that drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of the FDA's regulatory framework and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, concise documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and requirements related to FDA regulations.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support project management activities by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills:
