Controls and Automation Engineer
PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies
PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies is seeking a Controls and Automation Engineer to design, program, and support automation systems in a precision aerospace casting environment. You will develop and optimize PLC/HMI controls for furnaces, robotics, and process equipment; troubleshoot electrical and control issues; and implement improvements to increase safety, quality, and throughput. Partner with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to integrate new equipment, ensure reliable operation, and maintain documentation. This role offers hands-on work with advanced manufacturing technologies, strong training, and growth in a quality‑focused, continuous‑improvement culture.
