Line Cook - Luxury Ranch & Resort

Leading Candidates Will Have:

• Hotel or restaurant pre-opening, renovation, or transition experience
• AAA or Forbes luxury service experience
• Worked in rural-style resorts, ranches, or ski resorts
• A natural affinity for the outdoors 

Requirements:

• Basic kitchen equipment skills and comfort with recipe measurements and portions.

• At least two years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants; culinary training preferred.

• Strong cooking fundamentals and knowledge of sanitation standards.

• Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.

• Effective time management, teaching ability, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service.

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Computer proficiency including POS systems, Word, and Excel.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork.

• Calm under pressure with high personal integrity.

Limited on‑site housing may be available on a first‑come basis. Compensation is based on experience. Only applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.
