Machine Learning Solutions Analyst
The Machine Learning Solutions Analyst will support the use of NLP/Client document analysis, and champion these solutions throughout the organization. You'll get an opportunity to recommend, drive and implement solutions related to new vendors and products that will unlock the full potential for automation within this area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a collection of use cases to be used to benchmark NLP data tools on a regular basis.
- Maintain a current awareness of the NLP technology market so we are staying ahead of the technology curve.
- Serve as a point of contact with vendors and internal stakeholders related to NLP/Client products and solutions
- Coordinate with vendors to manage updates, upgrades and other changes.
- Lead RFPs and the vetting of vendors in this specific space
- Socialize the benefits of these tools throughout the firm to heighten awareness
- Drive projects through implementation and lead subsequent training to appropriate personal.
- Work with key stakeholders to suggest NLP/Client products for specific use cases
- Analyze performance data to ensure the tools are being used properly and to their fullest extent
Required
- 3+ years of experience working in a legal department or for a law firm
- Experience in some form with one or more NLP/Client contract analysis technologies such as Seal, Kira, iManage Extract, eBrevia or Luminance
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver new technology solutions
Preferred
- Experience training users on new technology
- Experience driving technology solutions and championing innovative technical solutions
