Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
• Assist in surgeries and provide pre- and post-operative care
• Order and analyze imaging and lab tests
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans
• Perform medical procedures such as joint injections, splinting, and casting
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Maintain precise and prompt clinical records

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current state licensure and national certification are required
• DEA license (or eligibility) is a must
• Prior experience in orthopaedics or related field is desired
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to excel in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with fracture care and musculoskeletal imaging is beneficial

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000
