2nd Shift Receiving Inspector
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision? Join our team as a 2nd Shift Receiving Inspector in Harlan, IA and play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our incoming materials and components.
What You'll Do:
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality, accuracy, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify product specifications.
- Identify and quarantine nonconforming materials.
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal and supplier audits (some travel required).
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED; related experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Measurement tool experience
- Strong planning, organizational, and accuracy skills
- Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
