Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Provide nursing care for outpatient surgical and infusion patients with a 3:1 patient ratio
• Administer and monitor infusion medications including blood products, platelets, IVIG, IV fluids, and antibiotics; perform some titrations (no chemotherapy)
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records system
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS certification (AHA) required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
