ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group that has been providing quality patient care for over 30 years. Our growing network includes more than 250 physicians across 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire regions.
We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a busy Internal Medicine clinic located in Lynwood, CA . This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Pediatric experience is required , as the provider will occasionally treat pediatric patients in addition to adult populations.
Position Details- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Direct Hire
- Pay: $70-80 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, open to days
- Location: Lynwood, CA
- Provide comprehensive patient care under the direction of the supervising physician
- Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Prescribe medications and recommend treatment plans as appropriate
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Provide patient education and preventative care counseling
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current California NP or PA license with Board Certification
- Minimum 1 year of Primary Care or Internal Medicine experience required
- Pediatric experience required
- Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
- Active DEA license
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong communication and patient care skills
