Information Technology Help Desk

Akkodis is seeking a junior-level IT professional to support day-to-day technical operations in a data center environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT experience or relevant internship/entry-level experience. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computers, hardware, software, Windows systems, and general IT support. Candidates with experience in technical support, desktop support, computer maintenance, or similar IT-related work are encouraged to apply. Pay Range: $21 - $22.85/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Responsibilities: Provide basic IT and technical support. Assist with computer, hardware, and device setup. Install and configure hardware and software. Support Windows-based systems and basic computer operations. Assist with equipment and device maintenance. Help identify and resolve basic technical issues. Follow standard procedures for IT and data center operations. Document work and update tickets when required. Work with team members to support daily operations. Required Skills: 1–2 years of IT, technical support, computer, or related experience. Basic understanding of computers and IT systems. Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft applications. Basic knowledge of hardware and software. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite in a team environment.
