Job DescriptionMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.BuyerJob Description:Ensures processes and procedures are performed in a compliant manner (ordering within lead times and minimum order quantities, minimizing stock-outs, etc.)Bilingual required (English/Spanish)Manages purchase orders processed from requisition to goods receipt in accordance with ERP/MRP and/or customer requirements.Procures certain goods or services as required by business at the right time and at a competitive price, in the right quantityManages daily systems, processes and procedures governing the end to end process of the procurement of materials from the right suppliers, at the right price, quality and delivery requirementsWork with suppliers and cross functional team to communicate price changes with appropriate lead timesManages all supplier non-conformance & obtain preventative actionsProvides information and data with regard to procurement activitiesProactively monitors, reviews and optimizes inventory levelsDevelop and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous improvementProvide timely responses to supplier inquiries & actively manage supplier relationshipActively participate in supplier evaluations, scorecards, and reviewsEnsures compliance with the 3 quote or 3 quote exemption from process to support indirect or regionally based purchasesDrive continuous improvement in all aspects of the procurement processPerforms other job-related duties as requiredEstablishes and maintains effective relationships with companys suppliers in accordance with the ethical code and standards of conduct maintaining the highest standard of professionalismQualifications:Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain Management or related disciplineThree or more years of experienceProficient in MS OfficeSAP expertise requiredMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)EIS Legacy is an equal opportunity employer. xhyhwjd We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.PIe3881be3141c-254
