Job Description Job Description SBSB Law PLLC is a rapidly growing defense law firm with offices in Houston, Dallas, Galveston, Corpus Christi, New Orleans, Chicago, Boca Raton, and Milwaukee. We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney (3-5 years of experience) to join our Dallas office. Responsibilities: Handle litigation matters in construction defect and/or personal injury defense. Take expert depositions, draft and argue motions, and prepare complex case evaluations. Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills while effectively managing client relationships. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism. Work independently and collaboratively within a team, taking initiative and seeking growth opportunities. Show a commitment to excellence, leadership, and continued professional development. Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas. 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience. Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure. First- or second-chair trial experience a plus.
