We are currently seeking hard-working and experienced individuals to join our team as a cook. Weekends and Holidays Required Responsible for cooking , plating , and serving food during events such as special events, corporate meetings, or holiday parties. Responsible for ensuring that the food is prepared to high standards and presented attractively. Responsible for adhering to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Responsible for handling food safely, dating and rotating food containers, and store perishables appropriately. Requirements Job Requirements : Collaborate with Banquet Chef and other kitchen staff to communicate about menu items, any issues or shortages. Must have a full working knowledge of kitchen equipment, including broilers, steamers, grills and fryers. Qualifications Qualifications : Culinary Arts , Hospitality , or related fields is preferred, but not required. Serv Safe Certification is preferred but not required. At least one year of food preparation experience is desirable.
