This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine their physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient, adapting strategies based on their progress.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, employing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and pain management modalities to assist in recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding exercise programs to be followed at home, injury prevention, and necessary lifestyle changes to support health improvement.
  • Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and maintaining thorough compliance with medical documentation standards.
  • Collaborate closely with a range of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nurses, ensuring well-rounded and coordinated patient care.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices within physical therapy to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will work with a diverse patient population, accommodating individuals recovering from surgery, dealing with chronic conditions, or seeking rehabilitation after injury. Our center welcomes patients of all ages, from young athletes to seniors, each requiring tailored interventions to achieve optimal function and independence. Qualifications

  • A Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Possession of a current Physical Therapist license in Florida is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in physical therapy or a related field is essential.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to evaluate and perform a variety of therapeutic techniques effectively.

Preferred Experience
