Primary Responsibilities Support prospective students and families throughout the admissions process through timely and professional communication. Respond to inquiries through phone, email, text messaging, social media, and in-person interactions. Assist with campus visits, admissions events, and recruitment activities. Create and share engaging content that highlights student experiences, academic programs, campus life, and institutional events. Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enrollment and brand awareness initiatives. Assist in developing graphics, videos, photography, and digital content for social media and recruitment campaigns. Monitor student engagement across admissions and marketing platforms and communicate relevant information to admissions counselors. Maintain accurate records and data within admissions systems and customer relationship management platforms. Track engagement metrics and performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Help coordinate digital marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, and enrollment. Serve as a positive and professional representative of Blackburn College at all times. Qualifications Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and an interest in storytelling, content creation, and digital communication. Comfortable learning and utilizing new technologies, software platforms, and communication tools. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate may have experience in one or more of the following areas: Admissions, enrollment management, student services, education, marketing, communications, customer service, or related fields. Social media management and content development. Graphic design, photography, video production, or digital storytelling. Customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data management. Digital marketing, analytics, or campaign development. Experience with platforms such as Canva, video editing software, Slate, CampusReel, CollegeVine, or similar tools is helpful but not required.
