This is a full‑time salaried position, 40 hours per week. Position Industrial Specialist Location Columbus, OH Shift Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm (Shift times may vary depending on the client’s needs). We are searching for a full‑time team member with availability to provide 40 hours of on‑site coverage Monday‑Friday between the hours of 7am – 7pm. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need. Excellent communicator and team player. What You’ll Do: Conduct pre‑employment screenings. Provide body mechanics training and job coaching. Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments. Implement wellness and work simulation programs. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Execute on‑site prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching. Promote health initiatives and engage with staff. Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management. Track and report program metrics. Physical Demands: Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
